Within the available resources of the Pittsfield Family YMCA, the Y will provide Y-Aid (financial assistance) for any youth, adult or senior who desires to participate at the Y and who understands the full benefits of the Y. Those prospective members not able to pay the full fee may be awarded partial Y-Aid based on their demonstrated ability to pay and the Y’s ability to fund the subsidy. The Y reserves the right to deny or discontinue service at any time. We require a $25 processing fee paid when you apply for Y-Aid. This is a non-refundable fee, but it will be applied to your membership if you decide to join the Y.

- Assistance will be granted on the basis of financial need resulting from low income. The Y must be notified immediately if a change in income is experienced during the assistance period.
