Aquafit is a shallow water low-impact workout. Aerobic conditioning utilizes the resistance of the water to build muscle, increase cardiovascular endurance, lose weight and improve your heart rate.

SilverSneakers Cardio

This class involves a little more aerobic activity than the SilverSneakers Classic class. It also aims to build strength, balance and flexibility at a slightly more advanced pace. This class will help prevent osteoporosis, arthritis and the loss of muscle mass through its exercises.

Deep Water Circuit Training (FOR ADULTS & SENIORS!)

DWCT is a high impact deep-water cardio aerobic workout that focuses on all parts of the body, helping you to get into shape without placing stress on your joints. DWCT requires no swimming skills and combines jogging with exercise to strengthen heart, legs, back and abdominals.

SilverSneakers Classic

Strength training can improve the quality of life at any age. This class includes using the SRRI exertubes to build strength, balance and flexibility at a safe pace. This class will focus on improving posture while aiding the prevention of osteoporosis, arthritis and the loss of muscle mass.

Zumba® Gold

Zumba® Gold has all the energy and fun of a regular Zumba® class but is designed to move a little slower so that active older adults, beginners and deconditioned people can enjoy a safe and effective experience. Zumba®/Zumba® Gold Toning

These classes combine targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs.
