Registrations are open for our licensed before- and after-school care program which provides a fun, safe, active program for students. During the school year, the program runs from 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. at the Y, 292 North Street, and 7-9 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. at local schools: Allendale, Crosby, Egremont, Richmond Consolidated (after-school care only), and Williams. Children receive a nutritious afternoon snack, homework assistance, outdoors and gym activities, arts and crafts projects, group initiative games, as well as many other enriching activities. All sports and fitness activities are based on the SPARK program with defined fitness curriculum. Contact School-Age Director Earl Persip III at 413-499-7650 x37.
Due to recent school tragedies, our downtown licensed school-age program is now locked for children’s safety.
Free youth membership!
Children enrolled in our elementary before- and after-school care receive a free youth membership to the Y! Register your child for swim lessons, and receive discounts on programs such as gymnastics or one of our sports leagues (baseball, soccer and basketball)!
Cost
Mornings: $7.55/day Afternoons: $12.30/day Both: $19.85/day Half-days: $12.30/day Full-days: $30/day *There is a two-day minimum on all programs.
